Richard has over 25 years of proven success in real estate and has helped hundreds of people buy or sell a home in the Dallas area. Having worked in both the new home and pre-owned markets, he has the experience, knowledge and skills to guide sales associates through for the detailed and complex nature of today's real estate market.
Licensed in Texas since 1982, Richard’s professional experience includes a strong construction background along with sales management, direct sales and marketing of residential property ranging from high volume production homes to high-end luxury homes for leading national builders and real estate firms.
His knowledge of the Dallas area and local real estate market is a great asset to everyone at ERA North Point Realty.
